We are looking for an experienced manager who will be responsible for managing staff and volunteers working on a variety of projects. You will need to be passionate about maintaining high quality standards within our organisation. You will form part of a forward thinking and innovative management team and primarily based in our Ashfield office with occasional travel to our other sites across Broxtowe and Newark & Sherwood.

We are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:

  • At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Experience in using a variety of IT packages in the workplace including using Google Drive.
  • Ability to plan and rearrange own work in a pressured environment
  • Proven ability to supervise and monitor work to agreed quality standards and to maintain casework systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work positively in a team environment.
