Citizens Advice response to the Work and Pensions Select Committee Welfare Safety Net Inquiry

In the 12 months up to the end of November 2018 Citizens Advice has helped over 586,000 people with almost 1.4 million benefits issues, including over 109,000 people with issues relating to Universal Credit. Thousands more have accessed our benefits advice content online.
