Response to Ofgem consultation on strengthening retail financial resilience [ 220 kb]

Ofgem was consulting on changes to strengthen the financial resilience of the retail energy sector, in particular to mitigate the risk that suppliers fail leaving behind bad debts that end up being paid for by the customers of other suppliers. We were largely supportive of its proposals.
