A summary [ 0.87 mb] of welfare benefit clients and issues 2018-19.

Last year here in Wales, Citizens Advice helped over 92,000 people to resolve over 459,000 problems. This gives us a unique insight into people's needs and concerns.

The biggest issue we help people with continues to be welfare benefits and tax credits.

Our data shows us that during 2018 to 2019:

• Almost 47,000 clients needed help with a benefits issue

• There were over 400,000 visits to our benefits and tax credits web pages

During this period, through our multiple channels we helped people with nearly 207,000 benefit and tax credit issues.

Y llynedd, helpodd Cyngor ar Bopeth dros 92,000 o bobl i ddatrys dros 459,000 o broblemau yng Nghymru. Mae hyn yn rhoi cipolwg unigryw i ni ar anghenion a phryderon pobl.

Problemau gyda budd-daliadau lles a chredydau treth yw’r rhai mwyaf cyffredin.

Mae ein data’n dangos y canlynol ar gyfer 2018 a 2019:

• Roedd angen bron 47,000 o gleientiaid cymorth gyda phroblem budd-daliadau

• Cawsom dros 400,000 o ymweliadau â’n tudalennau budd-daliadau a chredydau treth ar ein gwefan

Yn ystod y cyfnod hwn, fe wnaethom ni helpu pobl gyda bron i 207,000 o broblemau budd-daliadau a chredydau treth.
