We asked that Welsh Government considers the following:

• developing the top-level objectives and priorities to be SMART and outcome focused to enable more effective implementation and monitoring

• make the eLearning package more widely available enabling use by  organisations outside of the public sector

• work with Welsh universities to embed awareness and understanding within public sector facing educational courses

• ensure victim and survivor engagement are included as requirements within guidance to the public sector in the creation of their local strategies and regional commissioning approaches

• that ASK and ACT guidance includes information about ASKing as a routine enquiry to enable local discretion when developing an approach

• full cost recovery longer-term commissioning to provide financial stability and enable forward planning for the services involved

• the role of quality approved information and advice services to deliver holistic support to ensure individuals and their families are able to make informed decisions about their future, in particular their housing and financial options

Rydym yn gofyn i Lywodraeth Cymru ystyried y canlynol:

• datblygu’r amcanion a’r blaenoriaethau lefel uchel i fod yn rhai CAMPUS ac yn rhai sy’n canolbwyntio ar ganlyniadau er mwyn gallu gweithredu a monitro’n fwy effeithiol

• darparu’r pecyn e-ddysgu’n ehangach fel y gall sefydliadau sydd y tu allan i’r sector cyhoeddus ei ddefnyddio

• gweithio gyda phrifysgolion Cymru i ymgorffori ymwybyddiaeth a dealltwriaeth mewn cyrsiau addysgol sy’n ymwneud â’r sector cyhoeddus

• sicrhau bod ymwneud â dioddefwyr a goroeswyr yn cael eu cynnwys fel gofynion yn y canllawiau i’r sector cyhoeddus wrth greu eu strategaethau lleol a’u dulliau comisiynu rhanbarthol

• bod y canllawiau GOFYN a GWEITHREDU yn cynnwys gwybodaeth am OFYN fel ymholiad rheolaidd er mwyn gallu cael disgresiwn lleol wrth ddatblygu dull

• comisiynu hirdymor sy’n adfer costau’n llawn er mwyn sicrhau sefydlogrwydd ariannol a helpu i flaengynllunio’r gwasanaethau dan sylw

• rôl gwasanaethau gwybodaeth a chyngor cymeradwy o ansawdd i ddarparu cymorth cyfannol i sicrhau bod unigolion a’u teuluoedd yn gallu gwneud penderfyniadau deallus am eu dyfodol, yn enwedig am eu hopsiynau tai ac ariannol
