Advice trends in Wales Q3 2015-16 [ 0.52 mb] forms part of a series of regular updates from Citizens Advice Cymru that highlight the key issues being presented to the service by clients across Wales. It covers the third quarter of 2015-16 (October to December 2015) and provides headline statistics.

Between October and December 2015, the Citizens Advice service in Wales helped more than 29,700 people with over 98,400 problems, a 8% increase compared  to the equivalent period in 2014. The Wales section of the Citizens Advice self-help website also had 180,258 visitors during this time.

Mae'n cynnwys trydydd chwarter 2015-16 (Hydref a Rhagfyr 2015 ) ac yn darparu ystadegau pennawd.

Rhwng mis Hydref a mis Rhagfyr 2015, fe wnaeth Cyngor ar Bopeth Cymru helpu mwy na 29,700 o bobl gyda mwy na 98,400 o broblemau, cynnydd o 8% o gymharu â’r un cyfnod yn 2014. Mae adran Cymru o wefan hunangymorth Cyngor ar Bopeth wedi cael dros 180,258 o ymwelwyr yn y cyfnod hwn hefyd.
