We are sorry that we are unable to keep up our monthly payments to your company.

I am sick and unable to work. I have claimed benefits and am waiting to hear the outcome of my claim. My situation is unlikely to improve for at least 3 months.

We enclose a copy of our financial statement. This shows income and expenses for us and our household and the offers we can make to our creditors. The offers have been worked out based on what we owe so that each creditor gets a fair share of the money.

The amount we can pay you is £50 a month. We will be able to make our first payment on 25 February 2023. Please send a direct debit form.

Please agree to freeze interest and other charges on our account as long as we keep to the payments. We will let you know about any changes in our circumstances.

If you are unable to accept our offer and freeze interest and charges, please explain why. Thank you for your help and we look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Sam Hoolin and Alex Liu
