About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our established team. You will be part of a small team committed to working together with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes we can for our clients. The post holders will be supported to develop in-depth knowledge to deliver an in-person and telephony assessment and advice service.
This role is offered both on a trainee (full training provided) or fully qualified basis. We will provide a package of training to fully equip you to deliver a quality assured advice service.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and a desire to learn, excellent IT skills and strong communication skills. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. This role would suit someone who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients and is committed to reducing the impact of the cost of living crisis. Advice experience is not essential as full training can be provided.
An office based role between Ystradgynlais and Brecon (Hybrid working will be considered by agreement after initial training completed)
