About the role

Are you an organised, proactive leader ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, values-driven charity? Due to the continued growth and expansion of our services, we are seeking a dynamic Office and Facilities Manager to ensure our workplace runs smoothly, safely and efficiently – facilitating the Organisation to help people across South Derbyshire, Derby City, East Staffordshire, Tamworth and surrounding areas to find a way forward. We are seeking a highly organised individual who thrives under pressure and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Proactive and solution-focused, you will be responsible for line managing our administration and reception teams across multiple offices, health & safety, facilities management including ensuring safe issue/return of IT/comms equipment to staff.
