About the role
Help to Claim – Supervisor
Citizens Advice Solent East are looking to recruit an experienced Help to claim supervisor.
This position will report directly to the Senior Help to Claim Supervisor and be responsible for:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the services operation by proving support and guidance to the advising team
• Ensure the quality and compliance of advice and information provided to clients are to Citizens Advice standards
• Oversee and supervise advice sessions
Working within a small team of Help to Claim supervisors they will be required to be able to work in a team, manage people and cope well under pressure
