About the role
We are recruiting for a Pension Wise manager to join our team on a permanent basis.
Pension Wise is a free and impartial service that offers people approaching retirement guidance on taking their pension options. Citizens Advice Plymouth is one of 50 Pension Wise delivery centres offering guidance appointments to help people make sense of their pension choices.
As Pension Wise manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure we deliver a quality specialist service across the Southwest area, ensuring the partnership runs well and that all appointments are available and filled.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Effective line management of the Guider Specialists and Administrators on the project, ensuring they receive a people-focused and compassionate experience at work.
* Oversee, and also provide, pension and retirement information and guidance to members of the public in line with the defined Pension Wise service.
* Maintain detailed case records for continuity of casework, information retrieval, statistical monitoring, and report preparation.
* Complete the required training to comply with the quality assurance process.
