Citizens Advice Birmingham wishes to recruit enthusiastic people to deliver a high-quality advice service to the people of Birmingham - over the telephone, and at outreach locations throughout the city such as libraries, health centres and job centres.

Our team is diverse and inclusive, and we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where your wellbeing and personal development is a priority.

You may already have some experience of advice work, or you may be at the start of your career or looking for a change of direction.

If you have the attitudes and motivation we are looking for, we will invest in your training, so experience of advice work though desirable, is not essential.
