About the role
We’re an ambitious charity determined to deliver quality services to our communities. Each year we improve the lives of tens of thousands of local people from across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford by sharing information and offering advice, support and guidance.
Working as part of the Energy Team, we are looking for a supervisor who can lead a team of energy and crisis advisers delivering advice and support to clients.
The successful applicant will be an efficient and flexible team member who has:
Experience in undertaking complex energy advice work and a good understanding of Ofgems Standard Licence Conditions
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
The ability to provide technical support and act as consultant to caseworkers and volunteers
Experience or understanding of the quality review process
Supervisory experience
