About the role
About the Role:
You’ll provide essential benefits advice to the public, helping them navigate the Universal Credit system.
Your role will involve:
Answering phone inquiries
Supporting clients in completing Universal Credit claims
Using Citizens Advice resources to provide accurate information
Researching options and implications for clients
Conducting interviews using active listening skills
