About the role
Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall Board has appointed a New Chief Executive who started in post in February 2025. The Chief Executive is looking for someone who can be part of a new team due to an organisational redesign which will be happening during 2025. We are looking for someone who can join us at this critical and new time who can be part of this new team.
Do you have experience in creating new services across different channels?
Are you someone who can lead a team of colleagues to coach and develop staff to sustain high performance?
Can you be highly organised and responsive to changing demands?
Are you able to join a newly structured Management Team and deal with a changing landscape?
This role involves close working relationships with the CEO and Head of Services, together with the wider Executive and Management Teams.
