About the role
Citizens Advice Cornwall are looking for a Generalist Advice Projects Lead to provide leadership, support and supervision to our team of Generalist Advisers who work with our partner organisations across Cornwall. The post holder will manage their staff to deliver a high quality, client centred service to a diverse and wide spread community, and to ensure the agreed project targets and KPIs are met.
The focus of the role is to provide day to day support and supervision to the project teams, agree training needs to unite and develop the team to ensure that all are working in similar ways offering the highest quality support to clients.
The role also involves working with the partner organisations to ensure a smooth, effective and safe service is delivered, especially when working from outreach locations.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, the role ensures links between projects and the core service and develops current and future projects.
We offer:
- 37 hours per week (Full-time)
- Salary: FTE £30,000 - £35,000 (Band E) per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

- Your work base will be at one of our offices with requirements to travel to other offices/locations. Some of the work can be home based.
