About the role
We have recently introduced a new service delivery plan and are looking to recruit 2 Learning and Quality Leads to develop our service and help us to continue to provide high quality advice to our community.
If you are an experienced advisor or trainer with a passion for mentoring and leading others, we’d love to hear from you. These new roles will play a key role in ensuring our volunteers and staff are trained and supported to deliver quality services.
As a Learning and Quality Lead, you’ll carry out case checks, provide feedback, and train volunteers and staff whilst working in a supportive environment that values integrity, support, and collaboration. You’ll also oversee the recruitment of volunteers to ensure we have the right capacity to deliver to the demand from our community.
The successful applicants will have experience of advice work, supporting staff and/ or volunteers and overseeing day to day service delivery. You should have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of support, training, development and motivation for individuals. You should be organised, solution focused and a good team player.
The Citizens Advice service values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
