About the role
We are looking t recruit a proficient and motivated Universal Credit Help to Claim Advisor or Trainee to join our team of Help to Claim Team, working to quality standards and target requirements. The successful candidate will provide, or be trained to provide advice on the full range of Universal Credit Help to Claim and related Benefit issues to assist the client to achieve the best outcome for their circumstances.
