We use information about how you use our website in order to improve our services and inform our campaigns.

If you provide information so that you can get advice through webchat, you should read about how we use your information for advice.

We also gather feedback through forms embedded into the website. If you complete any of our forms we will use your information to improve the site and the services we provide.

If you sign up to newsletters or press releases we will use your information to send you the communications you have signed up for.

When you use our website to create a template letter that is emailed to you, we use your contact details to send the completed template to you. Copies of this data is temporarily stored in our Amazon Web Services server and deleted within 24 hours. If the email isn’t sent successfully, your details will be stored for up to 7 days so we can work out why this happened. Your details will be automatically deleted after 7 days.

Who we share your information with

We don’t share any website user information with any external organisation apart from our third party processors, who only use the data on our behalf.
