No One Left Behind

The No One Left Behind scheme helps people in Scotland find employment, training, education and volunteering opportunities.

The service primarily aims to help people who might be disadvantaged in the job market, such as disabled people or people with health conditions, but anyone who wants help can get it, regardless of age or background.

You can:

  • receive support from an employability key worker

  • develop a plan to help you reach your goals.

The plan could include activities to help you progress, for example:

  • taster sessions at college

  • training

  • mentoring

  • group projects.

Read more about No One Left Behind on the Employability in Scotland website.

No One Left Behind offers integrated support with other services, including health, justice, housing and advice services.

The service is delivered locally. You can find contact details for your local employability service on the Employability in Scotland website.
