In our response, we have considered:

  • the challenges facing the gas network;

  • key priorities and aims for reforming the gas network;

  • whole-system outcomes;

  • technologies which provide the greatest potential to enable decarbonisation; and

  • how consumers could be protected from changes to the gas network
