Citizens Advice Star Rating Review - Consultation 2024 594 KB

Citizens Advice periodically reviews the Star Rating, which compares energy suppliers based on their performance against specific measures including complaints, contact ease, and customer commitments. 

We have launched this consultation to seek feedback on possible areas of change for the methodology, and to gather views from stakeholders on how they feel the Rating could be improved. 

The consultation will close at 5pm on the 30th of January 2025.
