Community Advisor for Multiple Needs

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Advisor (Multiple Needs) to join our GAIN Project in Birmingham. You'll provide vital support to vulnerable adults, helping them improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised advice and support on issues like housing, benefits, and debt.

Work collaboratively with clients to set goals and develop action plans.

Build strong relationships with clients and local organizations.

Represent Citizens Advice Mid Mercia professionally in the community.

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with diverse populations

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (or reliable alternative transport)
