Advice Session Supervisor – Office based / Remote

Responsible to the Generalist Services Manager, this role of Advice Session Supervisor is specifically to support the current Advice Session Supervisor Team during a period of change. The role requires advice and supervisory skills, specific subject knowledge, current understanding of the Citizens Advice QAA Process, all of which are set out in the Citizens Advice competences/standards.

We are looking to employ someone for 15 hours a week over 2 days, with a possibility of up to 22 hours per week over 3 days.
