Am y rôl

We are currently looking to recruit a full time outreach debt caseworker to join our money advice team.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive debt management advice service to clients at York Citizens Advice. This includes a full caseload.

You will be responsible to the Debt Team Manager and will contribute to relevant reports to Citizens Advice and any other relevant funders.

Our minimum requirement is for the applicant to have at least 12 months recent experience of providing debt advice and be a Debt Relief Order Intermediary.
