is looking for a

Money Advice caseworker

All roles are peripatetic as required

We are looking for applications from candidates who can work at our office in Grantham or Spalding. This position is initially part-time (15 hours per week), with the potential for additional hours or transition to full-time (up to 37 hours per week) depending on business needs and funding. Salary £26,250 per annum (full time equivalent) rising to £28,350 (full time equivalent) upon successful completion of training and probation. The successful candidate will be required to travel to our other offices on occasion.

Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire helps over 13,000 people each year. Our services have been much needed over the last few months as people have faced significant challenges with the cost of living crisis. We know that there will be increased demand in the coming months. We are therefore looking to increase the capacity of our team to help more people with their money problems. We are a positive organisation and offer high quality support and flexible ways of working. You can help us make a difference to people’s lives.

Applicants must be computer literate and knowledge of money advice is desirable, although full training and accreditation will be provided.

This is a Money & Pensions Service (MaPS) funded role through East Midlands Money Advice (EMMA).
