work directly with clients who are facing these challenges, offering guidance,
support, and practical solutions to help them navigate complex issues such as
housing, benefits, debt, and employment. If you have a strong commitment to
social justice and want to be on the front lines of providing essential support,
this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to help those most affected by
the current crisis. You’ll conduct thorough assessments of clients’ situations and
advocate on their behalf with local authorities and service providers. Your ability
to listen empathetically, analyse situations, and provide clear, actionable advice
will be crucial in helping clients overcome obstacles and find a way forward.
