This role, in collaboration with Mansfield District Council, aims to raise the standard of privately rented homes and empower tenants to uphold their rights.

Lately, we've noticed a worrying trend: renters facing unfair practices from landlords, a situation worsened by rising living costs and a lack of affordable homes. Often, tenants feel trapped, having to decide between standing up for their rights or keeping their home.

As a Housing Caseworker, you'll advise clients, advocate for improvements and swiftly communicate pressing matters to the council.
