Citizens Advice response to Which? investigation on energy companies giving wrong advice on cheapest tariffs
Citizens Advice Chief Executive Gillian Guy said:
"Cutting energy bills is a real priority for our clients:last month double the number of people came to us for online advice about fuel costs compared to last year. Too many people are confused, so energy companies have to be more up front about their cheapest tariffs."
