Help to Claim Universal Credit Adviser
Hours – 18.5 hours per week (2.5 days)
Based – Hull
Term – For a fixed term until 31st December 2025
Salary scale: £27,509 pa pro rata
Trainee Salary: £26,068 pa pro rata, rising to £27,509 pa pro rata on successful completion of traineeship.
The post holders will give advice and support to new Universal Credit claimants in accordance with the “Help to Claim” service model devised by National Citizens Advice.
Full Training provided in welfare benefits advice
The post holder will be required to provide advice over digital channels; webchat, email, telephone, there is no face-to-face advice provision within this role.
We operate a hybrid model for our service delivery meaning the post holder will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 60% of their contractual hours with the option to work from home for the remainder. We will provide the support and IT equipment to enable this.
