Citizens Advice Shropshire is recruiting an experienced Advice Services Manager. We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
Responsible to the CEO, this role of Advice Services Manager is to work with other members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and ensure effective access to high quality advice services across the county and national funded programmes through a range of delivery methods. To oversee the management of current identified contracts, line management of staff and lead on Health & Safety and Information Assurance.
