About the role
Citizen Advice Reigate and Banstead have an exciting opportunity (up to 1.5FTE) to join them as an Advice Supervisor reporting directly to the CEO. In this role you will be supervising staff and volunteers as they support clients across the borough covering a wide range of issues such as benefits, housing, employment and debt.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about giving an effective service and will not be afraid to drive change and improvement. You will be able to demonstrate that you are both a strong team player and able to work independently. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and have a “can do” positive attitude. You also need to be able to support and mentor others so that they can reach their full potential.
