About the role
We are looking for a debt adviser/caseworker to deliver one off, emergency and ongoing advice to our clients.
You will have:
-Experience of delivering debt advice, preferably, including administering debt relief orders and breathing space applications
-Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
-Strong IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone
Trainees will be considered but you must already have current experience delivering advice with minimum supervision, and a working knowledge of the debt advice process
We will also be willing to fund training to gain the IMA Certificate in Money Advice Practice for the right candidate.
