Citizens Advice Swindon is seeking a dedicated Welfare Benefits Adviser or Caseworker.
You will have:
- A good understanding of the welfare benefits system, particularly disability benefits.
- Recent experience of delivering advice in a social welfare setting.
- Experience of managing workloads and prioritising tasks
- Strong IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone
Trainees will be considered but you must already have current experience delivering Benefits advice with minimum supervision.
Full training will be given to existing Benefits Advisers to progress them to work at caseworker level.
