About the role

The opportunity

We are looking for experienced and friendly advisers with a confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills to work within our super successful Help to Claim team.

- Part time, 15 hours (2 days per week)

- Remote working from home (preferably within easy travelling distance of Chester office)

- Starting salary £27,711 - £30,060 pro rata pa (dependent on HtC experience) + excellent benefits

- Fixed term until end of December 2025 (likely extension until March 2026)

The ideal candidate

You will be an experienced Help to Claim or Welfare Benefits Adviser or will have working knowledge and experience of welfare benefits particularly legacy benefits, you will also need to be able to work independently in a fast paced and target driven environment. A friendly manner along with experience of working within a remote team is essential and a commitment to an 8 week intensive training programme is a must (for new trainees) .
