About the role
Reporting to and supporting the Advice Service Managers, this position requires an experienced supervisor or manager who excels in leading change and fostering a collaborative, inclusive and flexible work environment.
Working as part of a county wide service, The Team Lead will support the efficient and high-quality delivery of telephone, in-person and web-advice services within the aims, polices and principles of the Citizens Advice service across the county of Bucks.
